No, I haven’t started running again. My Zombies, Run! App is still on my phone, waiting for me to use it. However, that doesn’t mean I have not been doing anything in my nth attempt at being fit. I do walk home every night – and walking home entails going up a really steep hill. AND I also have monitoring my food intake. Reducing my consumption of “junk”, incorporating more veggies in my meals, and drinking more water. I drink so much water I am thinking of relocating my work space next to the toilet.
I know gung-ho gym bunnies will scoff at what I’m doing – but … at least I’m making a conscious effort to change.
